From amazing food to stunning scenery to unique experiences – the Asia Pacific Region has everything and more for the boutique luxury traveller – including some amazing boutique hotels and spas. And they’re in my Asia Pacific Travel Blog Posts

Let’s start with Japan, possibly my favourite country in Asia. You can’t go past Tokyo and I highly recommend a visit to Kyoto. Kanazawa is my tip for a less well-known city in Japan to visit.

My 10 Day Japan Itinerary and Famous Landmarks in Japan articles should help you in planning your trip.

South Korea is an absolutely fascinating country. One of the highlights of my time there was visiting the border with North Korea – covered in my best Seoul Day Trips post. There is a great range of boutique hotels in Seoul.

Two neighborhoods not to miss in Seoul are Gangnam (remember the dance) and Myeongdong (the centre for Seoul Shopping). And there is more to Incheon than the airport. Use my Seoul 5 Day Itinerary post to make sure you don’t miss anything.

If you’re looking to head beyond Seoul (which you should) have a look at my Korea Itinerary. There are some great places to stay in Busan – use my Busan Itinerary to help to plan your time in this gorgeous Korean city.

Quirky Daegu in the centre of Korea is worth a trip – but don’t miss lovely Jeju Island and my Jeju Itinerary.

Find out what it is really like to stay in a Nepal Tea House (big hint: it’s not quite as cute as it sounds), a blow by blow of the trek in my Everest Base Camp Trek Blog, my packing list for the trek and the itinerary I used – and the one that you should use instead!

Daylesford Spa region and the Mornington Peninsula are where people who live in Melbourne go to get away for the weekend.

I also lived briefly in Sydney which I didn’t enjoy that much but it is still a great place to visit. I’ve put together a Sydney itinerary that covers 3, 5 and 7 days, a guide to the best new restaurant area Barangaroo, a day trip to lovely Watsons Bay and where people who live in Sydney head for the weekend.
